HISTORY

Race is a member of the Star Sapphires, the faction empowered by the Violet Light of Love. Little is known of her background, including her species or the specific circumstances of her induction into the Sapphires.

She is most notably recognized for her service on Zamaron, the homeworld of the Star Sapphires. During the Blackest Night, Race participated in the defense of Zamaron against the invading Sinestro Corps which was immediately followed by the threat of the Black Lanterns. Despite the collective efforts of the Star Sapphires, they were ultimately unable to prevent the breach of their Central Power Battery.

The conflict shifted to Earth, where Race joined forces with the gathered Lantern Corps to aid in the final defeat of Nekron and his undead army. Her activities and whereabouts following the conclusion of the Blackest Night conflict remain unrecorded, and her current status is unknown.
