Due to the reality-changing events of Infinite Crisis, Dr. Will Magnus never became Veridium, so retroactively his appearance here is probably as Dr. Will Magnus.
Robotman's robot shell, which only his head appears in this story, appears next in Superman #692.

Synopsis:

The Nebula Man is re-awakened, and is swiftly defeated by Star-Spangled Kid, much to the surprise of S.T.R.I.P.E., who had called in the JLA, JSA, Titans and more to help.
