I think Superman/Doomsday: Hunter/Prey should be moved in between Steel #8 and Superman Vol. 2 #92 as it is in Superman's chronology. Lois mentions Superman "going after Doomsday" in Superman Vol. 2 #92, and Superman makes a vague reference to the events of Emerald Twilight in issue 1. Since Superman's powers start to go haywire at the end of the Bizarro's World storyline and that storyline continues into the Fall of Metropolis and World's Collide, I'd put it after those rather than before Bizarro's World as that would put it in conflict with Emerald Twilight/Emerald Fallout.--Tenzel Kim (talk) 21:16, 4 July 2025 (UTC)

I think it's more likely that it takes place during the time that Superman's powers were increased following his return and before they were returned to normal after being drained by Parasite. In issue #1, Superman mentions being able to travel in space, and in issue #2, he mentions having become stronger since his last encounter with Cyborg. Doug86 (talk) 16:01, 5 July 2025 (UTC)
I thought he retained his ability to travel in space after being drained, but just looked through a bunch of issues and it doesn't seem so. So I would have to agree it needs to go prior to Superman #87 "Bizarro's World". Just did A LOT of adjustments because of that and it really does crate a bit of a mess. It has to take place after Emerald Twilight due to the Green Lantern comment, but the big question is how does he know? Guy Gardner's ring stops working after Emerald Twilight, but he and the JLA doesn't seem to learn what happened until Emerald Fallout in Guy Gardner: Warrior #18-21 (March-June). Justice League America #86-88 (March-May) must take place before that, due to Guy's appearance as Warrior (he is injured in Fallout and out for 3 weeks) and Emerald Fallout must take place within the day between Justice League America #88 and #89, as Ice dies in Judgment Day which starts in #89.
The Ray appears in both Fallout and Justice League #89 so either Ray #1-2 (March-April) are moved until after Judgment Day (June-July) as they take place after Superboy #2 (March-April) which takes place during Bizarro's World, in order to put get Fallout before Superman knowing what happened on Oa, or Superman/Doomsday: Hunter/Prey will have to go in between Justice League America #88 and Guy Gardner #18 and have Superman knowing without telling the others, which would make the comment seem odd.
I think the first solution is probably the better one, and then have Superman appear at the JLA headquarters after Fallout but before Judgment Day as that would place him off-world during that storyline, which would account for why he didn't help out. It does mean quite a few adjustments have to be made, but if it has to go before Superman #87 then that's probably the best solution.--Tenzel Kim (talk) 22:05, 5 July 2025 (UTC)
