Synopsis: - Doctor Light is out for revenge on the Justice League for what they did to him - stealing his memories and altering his mind to make him a less effective villain. He has kidnapped Green Arrow and plans to kill his 'daughter', Speedy. To this end, he makes sure that the news networks broadcast his location, with a warning that if anyone other than the Titans shows up, Green Arrow will be killed. After receiving a warning from Flash that Doctor Light is much deadlier than he once was, the Teen Titans head for the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia to battle the villain.
