HISTORY

The Titanian Interstellar Telecommunication Access Network was conceptually developed during the 30th century, but only realized in the early 31st, shortly following the Great Rift Crisis after which conventional communications were negated. The Titanet Hub (T-Hub) is permanently manned by Titanian telepathic adepts working in shifts - "thousands of minds linked in a precise psi-concert of unparalleled telepathic power and range". The Titanet services are used throughout the United Planets Space.
