HISTORY

In the 30th Century reality of Earth-247, the Xudarian criminal Tomar-Ro drew upon his technical prowess to create an energy siphon in the former location of planet Oa, housed in a space station dubbed Oa-Two. This siphon was then linked to rings with a narrow range of capabilities, enough to convince others he and his accomplices were the Green Lantern Corps of the 30th Century.

The Corps performed numerous thefts, eventually coming into conflict with the Legion of Super-Heroes. Tomar-Ro and his fellow "Lanterns" were able to elude capture and return to Oa-Two.

POWERS AND WEAPONS

Tomar-Ro possessed a ring capable of creating piranha-like fish constructs to attack an opponent.

He was a Xudarian of unusual physical size for his species and was quite capable with the technology of his era.
