HISTORY
All of them dressed in brown turtlenecks, this gang consisted of "the toughest hoodlums of Civic City" in 1951, and were henchmen of the original Key. The battled Black Canary and Hawkman of the Justice Society of America.
The Elongated Man once battled criminals calling themselves the Black Turtleneck Gang, who may or may not be connected to the original team.
