Synopsis: - Brick sees that the current district attorney is just as much of a threat as Green Arrow is. The vigilante is supposedly being taken care of, but with a little help from some gadgets from Roy Harper's arsenal, and the timely arrival of Mia Dearden, Green Arrow escapes. The next night, after a fundraising concert, a car carrying the Mayor and the district attorney is attacked, and the two men die in the explosion. A calling card is left at the scene - a bag full of bricks, each saying 'My Town Now!'
