Synopsis:
The D.E.O. arrest Hawkgirl for the murder of a police officer in Texas some years ago, a charge which Hawkman does not believe. As Chief Nedal drives Hawkgirl towards the station, he suddenly decides to make a getaway with her, and she recognizes him as a man who tried to rape her and her mother some years ago, an event which did indeed lead to the death of a police officer. When the car dives off the road, Hawkgirl is determined to kill Nedal, though Hawkman tries to prevent her, and the Gentleman Ghost makes his presence known to the police chief.
