HISTORY
The small town where Dick (Robin I) Grayson used to live during the time when he went to Hudson University. Other New Carthage citizens include: Lori Elton, Terri Bergstrom, Tommy Duffy, Starly Evans, Frank McDonald, and Lt. Rick Tatem. Jefferson (Black Lightning) Pierce also used to live in New Carthage for some time, teaching at NC High.
Villains appearing in town during these days include: the Skyliners, the Raven (V), MAZE, and the Joker’s Daughter.
