Synopsis: - Metropolis S.C.U. Officer Eddie Walker pays a visit to Hawaii to discuss starting up a Hawaii S.C.U. branch with Makoa, but when the sun goes down, Walker transforms into his alter ego Loose Cannon. Cannon and the Kid meet and immediately start tearing into each other, while the infamous Loophole Gang does their best to pull off yet another of their heists. But the good guys stop fighting long enough to save the day. Aside from that, Superboy finally starts school and comes home to find Krypto at the compound, his quarantine finally over.
