- This story starts with Hal and Kyle on the Moon, then events pick up one week later. Kyle appears in his new costume on Earth.
- The ship found on the Oan space station is the Delta Probe One from the 1984 Super Powers Collection action figure line from Kenner. It was seen starting in season 9 of the Super Friends animated television series with the episode The Seeds of Doom and there is more than one Delta Probe.
