HISTORY

Volt was the electrically-charged member of the murderous 'Judge and Jury' - a renegade Team Titans team from an alternate future, who battled members of the Team Titans and New Titans repeatedly. As a result of their timeline being destroyed by Zero Hour, the entire team ceased to exist.
