OVERVIEW
Created by the Guardians of the Universe to police the stars, the Manhunters were reprogrammed by Krona with deadly consequences. They obliterated virtually all life in Sector 666. The Manhunters were surpassed by the Green Lantern Corps. One of the few survivors of the Massacre of Space Sector 666, Atrocitus of Ryut, sought vengeance by unleashing the Red Lantern Corps.
Recently, Sinestro has utilized his Corps' Science Division into programming the Manhunters to serve his ends. Now appearing with a yellow sheen, the Manhunters are just one part of Sinestro's ongoing plot.
